Product Development

Spinning

Lucky Knits operates a state-of-the-art spinning facility equipped with 350,000 spindles, producing an impressive 400,000 lbs of yarn per day. Our product range covers counts from 4 S to 200 S, including carded and combed varieties. We specialize in 100% cotton, tri-blend, CVC, PC, and 100% polyester yarns, catering to diverse industry needs. Our advanced spinning techniques include MVS, MJS, and Mélange, ensuring high-quality and innovative yarn solutions. With a commitment to excellence, Lucky Knits continues to set industry standards in yarn production.

Knitting

Lucky Knits boasts a highly advanced knitting facility, producing 1,000,000 kgs of fabric through circular machines and 143,000 pieces via flat machines. Our draw cord machines contribute 4,500 kgs, supported by Flat knit, Drawcord, Knitting Machines. We offer a diverse range of fabrics, including Single Jersey, Lycra Jersey, Lycra Terry, Lycra Pique, 2T Fleece, 3T Fleece, 4 Track Terry, Pique, and Rib. Additionally, we specialize in high-quality trims such as collars, cuffs, waistbands, and ribs. Our draw cord offerings include flat draw cords, round draw cords, and chunky draw cords, ensuring versatility and premium quality in every product.

Dyeing

Lucky Knits' dyeing facility operates with a current capacity of 50 Tonnes per day, utilizing a two-batch unload system for efficiency. We specialize in dyeing all types of knitted fabrics, accommodating various constructions and multiple blend compositions with compatible dyestuffs. Our expertise extends to reactive, disperse, and VAT dyeing, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting colors and superior fabric quality. With advanced technology and a commitment to excellence, Lucky Knits continues to deliver high-performance dyed fabrics tailored to industry needs.

Cutting

Lucky Knits' cutting facility operates with an impressive capacity of 70,000 pieces per day, ensuring efficiency and precision in garment production. Our expertise covers a wide range of apparel, including T-shirts, Polos, Henleys, Sweatshirts, Pullovers, Zippers, Trousers, and Varsity jackets. Equipped with modern GGT technology, our facility features four automated fabric spreaders, two C-TAX machines for fabric relaxing, and two advanced Lectra automatic laser cutter machines. This state-of-the-art automation allows us to deliver high-quality, accurately cut fabrics, optimizing production speed and minimizing waste. At Lucky Knits, we are committed to providing the best value to our customers through innovation and excellence in cutting technology.

Printing Techniques

At LuckyKnits, we offer a wide range of advanced printing techniques to enhance fabric aesthetics and durability. Our expertise includes Plastisol (oil-based), Aqua/Rubberized, Pigment, and Discharge Printing for vibrant and lasting designs. We specialize in Foil, Glitter, Metallic, High-Density, and Puff/Foam Printing for unique textures. Our CMYK and Photo Prints ensure high-resolution, intricate designs. We also provide innovative options like Photochromic (visible in sunlight), Glow-in-the-Dark, and Reflective Printing. Additionally, our Fabric Embossing, Debossing, and Glitter Embossing & Debossing add a premium touch to every piece.

Stitching

With a robust sewing capacity of 1.6 million pieces per month, our stitching facility operates with 80 efficient modules/lines. We utilize a variety of high-quality machine types, including Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Kingtex, and Saruba, ensuring precision and consistency in every stitch. Our advanced real-time data display system provides instant visibility of output, efficiency, and WFT, optimizing production performance. Additionally, every line is equipped with the Andon System (TLS), maintaining a remarkable 7:0 defect ratio, ensuring superior quality control.

Automation

Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge automation technology to enhance efficiency and precision. We utilize auto front pocket attach, auto kangaroo pocket attach, and auto placket attach systems to streamline production. Furthermore, our state-of-the-art sewing machines, featuring auto trimmers, total 1,200 units, significantly improving productivity and reducing manual labor.
