Reaffirming its enduring dedication to sustainable development and the generation of renewable energy through a substantial investment in a state-of-the-art grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic system, production upto 18.928 KWs  of energy.

Wind Power

By strategically deploying wind turbines, we generate electricity in a sustainable and eco-friendly manner. This approach not only reduces the company’s carbon footprint but also contributes to the overall transition towards cleaner and renewable energy sources, ensuring a greener future for the community and the planet. We produce up to 100 Megawatts of energy thorough this source.

LuckyKnits has taken significant steps towards cost reduction and environmental conservation. They have installed Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (WHRB) on their 5 MKCL oil heaters, which provide a consistent steam supply of 600 kilograms per hour. This initiative not only reduces operational costs but also contributes to maintaining a more environmentally sustainable temperature.

Furthermore, LuckyKnits has invested in an extensive 1.5-million-gallon Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to purify wastewater. Their future plans include the recovery and reuse of this treated water for dyeing processes, demonstrating their commitment to resource efficiency and responsible water management.

In LuckyKnits dyeing unit, they have effectively reduced steam costs by sourcing 7 out of 21 tons per hour from waste heat recovery boilers connected to generator exhaust lines, aligning with their sustainability efforts.
